Nestled in the intimate ambiance of the Moondance Sanctuary in Sedona, Arizona, against the picturesque backdrop of Cathedral Rock, this journey of profound self-discovery will be led by your hosts: Shiloh, guiding you through movement, and Annabelle, leading your conscious connected breathwork journey. Your hosts will also facilitate inner work using meditation, share circles, and other subtle introspective techniques.
To enhance your journey, we'll also offer a wellness workshop led by Melissa, a Health and Wellness Coach, to share insights on optimizing health after 40, brain and metabolic health, and more. And other options like sound bathing and reiki will also be offered.
